Sometimes when we have an existing client, and then we get another family member as a new client, when the information is filled out on the client portal for a new family member they neglect to add credit card information that we request. They think that because we already have a credit card on file for the original member that they don't need reenter the information. We then have to contact them, request the credit card information again, and explain why they have to give it to us all over again. This has happened on multiple occasions. It seems rather low tech and redundant. Are there any plans to set up SP to be able to use the same credit card for multiple family members without having to request that the client resubmit the information all over again? For example, if I were to use Square instead of the Stripe feature in SP, I would be able to select a single client's credit card and use it to charge all family members. It would also be nice to be able to port insurance information between family members as well, but at least I can look that up from the original client and copy it over. I can't do that with a credit card because you can't see the original credit card number.
