Clients Skip Entering Credit Card Information
AnsweredIs there a way to make it so that prospective clients can NOT skip entering their credit card information, as in they have to do it or they cannot complete their paperwork?

Currently it is not possible to make the credit card information a requirement when clients are filling out demographics information in their Client Portal. I recommend voting on this idea on our Ideas and Suggestions Board: https://feedback.simplepractice.com/
