starting telehealth session

I thought I would be able to start a telehealth session at any time, but it says I'm early and need to wait until 10 minutes before the session? I know this is true for clients, but as the clinician can't I start the session earlier?

  Hi Lisa,

  Both the client and clinician are not able to start a Telehealth session until at least 10 minutes before the start time of the session.
