drop off in Lyra clients with calendar connected

Hi there, has anyone noticed a drop off in client requests from Lyra with your connected calendar. My availability has been off for a few months, and when I open up spots they are usually snatched up within a few hours. I've opened up several spots in the last week and gotten no appointments. I'm wondering if the new 'Appointment Limit' feature has somehow interfered with the Lyra/SimplePractice link?

  Yes! I contacted Lyra about it today. I have never experienced anything like this in the 3 years I have been with Lyra. I am hoping there is a quick resolution as I suspect that is the problem.
