I'm getting this message but my camera is enabled. Advise?

Error Acquiring Media:

NotReadableError Could not start video source

  We have noticed that this issue is typically resolved by restarting your computer, however, if you continue to experience issues then I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success Team can assist with this. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
