I lost functionality of my scheduling widget

I opted for the pro plan because I wanted the calendar synch and the scheduling widget. I recently decided to use a different video platform and not the Simple Practice Telehealth (I wanted a link that doesn't change from session to session). In the process the scheduling widget on my website stopped working. Please help!
