I changed/deleted one Progress Note template in my account, and now everytime I try to load a previous session note, I receive this message:
The last template you used for this client has been deleted. Please select a new note template
I receive this message even though that client's last progress note wasn't written in the template I deleted, but a new template or a different one. Any advise on how to corret this? I've tried making sure I click on the correct progress note template I want to use from the drop down menu button. This issue is taking a lot of time...
