Camera not working in Safari or Chrome despite Excellent Connection

Help. My camera is not working on my mac desktop computer despite excellent connection message on screen. I am forced to use my iPad instead which since it has a different operating system is not effected. This began last week. My clients are also experiencing it on their end when they have apple devices.
