I have had no issues to date but when I tried to open up my first appt today, the video screen would not turn on. The hourglass just sat there. Any issues for others or is there something going on with my device. My video works on zoom on same device.

Help?

  We have not had any widespread outages with SimplePractice, however, I have gone ahead and created a Help Request on your behalf so that someone from our Customer Success team can follow up with you to assist with troubleshooting this issue.
