Tricare East TREST - need correct trading partner ID

Hi, I'm trying to get paid electronically by TREST. I'm approved to receive payments, but I'd like them electronically and my application was denied because I need a VALID trading partner ID.

The trading partner ID number I used was 310840, which is not correct.  Can you tell me the Eligible, Inc. correct number?

I have been working on this for MONTHS.
