No notification for "undelivered" texts?
AnsweredI just noticed that under Reports, it shows that the texts for several clients are texts consistently "undelivered."
How do we get a notification if that happens? It's important to know that's an issue so we can address it.

Currently SimplePractice does not send out notifications when a text is undelivered and instead the only way to view this information is to go to the report. I recommend adding this idea to our Ideas and Suggestions Board: https://feedback.simplepractice.com/
