Once I sign a note as a supervisor and the clinician needs to edit it, how do I unlock it?

  Hi Ashley,

  If you are not seeing the option to unlock your clinician's note, this is likely because the Account Owner needs to grant you permission to unlock notes. I recommend contacting your Account Owner to ask them to add this permission level for you.
