Date and time of diagnosis on treatment plan

    Hi Rebecca,

    The Date & Time Assigned on a Diagnosis and Treatment Plan will default to the current date and time. If you are having issues with this appearing correctly on your treatment plans, I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can look into this for you. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
