I have upgraded to the $99/month version of Simple Practice - which is supposed to include access to the Wiley Treatment Planner.  No matter which diagnostic code I enter, the Wiley Treatment Planner option is blocked out so that it can not be accessed.

Would someone please take a look at my account and see why this is happening?
