Scanning psychotherapy notes/ uploading to client file

I am using Ipad to write session notes and uploading it immediately to the client EHR. Is this accessible and viewable by the client?

  Hi Cheryl,

  Anything uploaded to a client's file in your SimplePractice account can not be viewed by the client in their Client Portal. Only items that are directly sent to the client's Client Portal via the Share button can be viewed by the client.
