Traditional Medicare do you have to also accept advantage or supplemental plans

If I am approved as a traditional medicare part b provider do I also have to get credentialed with all the advantage plans/supplemental plans or can I just take traditional Medicare Part B?

What if I take all insurances in another job? Do I then need all insurances in a private practice?

I have both type 1 and type 2 NPIs.  thanks for any information
