I can't delete a cash payment and can't make a credit card one to replace it
AnsweredWhen I go to the client's Overview page > Billing > filter by Transactions > Edit next to the payment > Delete payment, I don't have that option.
I hastily deleted the invoice first before looking up how to delete the payment because I forgot how and now I don't have the option to delete the cash payment OR to create a new payment with the credit card (my cc payment feature has not been working on my laptop for over a week - I've had to take payments through the app).

I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can walk you through this process. The instructions that were previously provided is the current workflow for deleting a payment, therefore if you are not seeing this option then our team will need to investigate your account. To create a Help Request, click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
