I am trying to be able to submit electronic claims through BCBS of Michigan. They require me to get a submitter ID. I looked on the forum for simplepractice and saw that simplepractice does these for me. However, when I try to enroll for submitting electronic claims through simple practice for BCBS of Michigan, further documentation is required. And part of that documentation is providing a submitter ID. Can I please get the submitter ID so I do not have to go through this issue. I have been prolonging taking clients because of this issue for 2 weeks now.
I would like to speak to someone on the phone if possible. Because I am also having issues with being able to enroll for payment reports for BCBS of Illinois (I am licensed there and have clients who have that insurance even though my practice is in Michigan).
