unable to switch availability back to accepting clients in monarch

I had set up for potential clients to be able to request online appointments through the portal.  As of last week, my settings were that I was accepting new clients.  When I checked my settings today, it now indicates that I am no longer accepting new clients.  I didn't make this change so did simple practice just make the change for me?  How do I switch it back to accepting new clients?
