How do I fix this error message so that I can share my screen? I am on a mac.

The message that I keep getting is 

"To start sharing your entire screen or application window, first update the Screen Recording settings for this browser in your System Preferences." 

 

How do I approve screen share?

  Hi Veronica,

  I recommend going to your System Preferences to enable screen recording. If you continue to experience issues then I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can investigate this issue. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
