How do I fix this error message so that I can share my screen. I am on a mac.

    Hi Veronica,

    I recommend going to your System Preferences to enable screen recording. If you continue to experience issues then I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can investigate this issue. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
