I keep getting an error message when trying to load my telehealth session. Is this happening for others?

I'm not sure what to do. 

Please advice.

  I had the same difficulty today with telehealth sessions- both audio and visual.

  I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can investigate this issue for you. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
