Need helpt with telehealth links

Our clients are not able to connect. When the link is clicked on it shows a blank screen. We have tried trouble shooting and deleting and resending the link. Still does the same thing.  The therapist can get on the text link, but it shows her as the client and the therapist, two screens. The email links are not working.
