no phone support

it appears as though simple practice is lying about there being phone support. I cannot find the number anywhere and there apparent guidance is not working. Anyone know how to contact them by phone? I am really fed up with their business practices.

To receive assistance via Phone Support, click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Phone Support. I can see that you wrote this post over the weekend and can clarify that we only offer Phone Support during weekdays, therefore, when you followed these instructions on the weekend, the Phone Support option won't appear. Instead, you can contact our Customer Success Team on the weekends and during weekdays select either the email, chat, or Phone Support option.
