New iPhone 13 not showing appts

Right now, I have to log in and do tele through my phone.  I've always been able to access the camera, etc through the schedule for the day.  My appointments are now not showing in Simple on the app, but do on the computer.  The patient I've already seen today and two cancellations show, but no upcoming appointments.

help, please!
