Superbill statements

Does anyone know how to add an electronic signature and date to Superbills? It seems incomplete sending them to clients with date and signature not filled in. Conversely, printing out them out, manually signing, and scanning them to clients is a lot more work. Alternatively, do you know how to remove these lines? When I asked SP support in the past they had no answers for me. Thanks!
