Hello, I have a client who is getting double billed on his credit card. The transactions in our system are correct for his sessions but he sent his credit card statement to me and he is being billed on different days than the initial transaction. The secondary transactions are NOT in our transaction history. On his statement the charges come from different places. "Austincounseling&Traum support@simplepractice TX"

I have no idea why this is happening but would appreciate contact ASAP as this client has been double charged $1200.00!!!!
