Diagnosis & Treatment Plan - Date

When printing treatment plans, the date of the plan is not printed. It prints the timestamp of the signature, but not the Effective date/ "date and time assigned to plan."
Is there a way to do this, or can this feature please be implemented in the future? It seems silly that this is a data field on the form, but then the data can't/doesn't populate on the actual documentation.

The date that a Diagnosis & Treatment Plan was created will automatically appear on the bottom left of the page when it is printed. If you are not seeing this in this location of the page, I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can look into this for you. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
