New Template Filled in, but NOT SAVING

1. I have created a new form by using "New Template."  I have previewed the document and only the upper portion shows of the document shows in the preview.  I need for the rest of it to show in the preview as well. 

2. I have spent a great deal of time developing this document and when I try to save it, a blue border pops around the word "save," but there is no evidence that it is saved.  I am terrified to close it.  Can't sit here all night....gotta do something....help.
