ERROR HELP -- Acknowledgement/Returned as unprocessable claim-The claim/encounter has been rejected and has not been entered into the adjudication system. Billing Provider not approved as an electronic submitter. (A3 - 24)
I keep receiving this claim error, I spoke with SP and I am however enrolled with this insurance so I am not sure what the error is with this. They don't seem to know either thus far.

Missing or invalid information. ELEMENT PAT01 DOES NOT CONTAIN A VALID IDENTIFICATION CODE '18' IS NOT ALLOWED. PATIENT INFORMATION IS DEFINED IN THE GUIDELINE AT POSITION 0070. (A3 - 21)"Please help and advise!

I keep receiving this same message for 1 client. I've confirmed my information with BCBS and don't know what else to do to resolve this.
Any help is appreciated.
