Not Able to Use Camera

I've seen several posts about this, but no answer is given on how to fix it. I've checked my google chrome settings and allowed SP access to my camera, but when I start a session, it says "Camera Not Working" and does not allow me to turn it on or tell me my camera is in use in another tab (it's not, but I've experienced that with another telehealth platform). I have been having to use Microsoft Edge to get my camera to function. I don't know why chrome is suddenly having an issue/blocking my camera. Can you please help with this?
