Please consider adding a sticky note feature to SP. The Administrative note is okay, but is visible only from the client's Overview page. This is not a page I view often during or before a session. Throughout a session, I have the Progress Note open to take notes on content.
A sticky note feature that allows us to "pin" a reminder anywhere in the client record would be very helpful. Thinking of reminders like "Update Credit Card" "Update Insurance" "Follow-up next session..." etc. The sticky note function should also allow it to be dismissed after the required action has been taken.
