Inability to access my documents in client portal

I am suddenly unable to see our documents in the client portal. If I go into my setting and click 'client portal', I cannot even see a tab for my documents. I have documents I need to edit to send to clients asap. Thank you!

  I see that you were able to create a Help Request and receive assistance with this.
