    Hi Mary,

    It is not possible for clients to double book with how our availability and online booking features are set up. If you are experiencing issues with this, I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can assist. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
