Double booking
AnsweredIs there a way to stop clients from double booking? why would this feature even be allowed???

Hi Mary,
It is not possible for clients to double book with how our availability and online booking features are set up. If you are experiencing issues with this, I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can assist. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
