Unfortunately after wasting time reading through forum posts about this issue there was still no actuall useful information, mostly other customers complaining about the lack of help. One of my client's balances shows a $4 credit that is inaccurate. Please provide me with simple directions on how to correct this. Better yet, a realy human on the phoe to walk me through it to ensure it is the correct process would be great.
While it would be annoying to switch business platforms, I will have to consider it if the lack of quality support continues. Dissapointed so far. Paying $75 a month, having at least one easy helpful support provider a month seems like a pretty reasonable expectation.
