Creating an account without an email address

Is it possible to have a client set up a portal without an email address?  She does not have one and does not feel comfortable using the computer.  We are not using the telehealth function, so the only thing I'd need her to access would be the paperwork to initial and entering in billing information.

  Hi Valerie,

  It is possible to add a client without adding an email address for them, however, it is not possible to send them paperwork or have them enter in billing information without an email address. This would all need to be done through the Client Portal which requires an email address for the client to log in through.
