    I am having demographics form issues as well...the won't submit to system after the client fills it out.  I contacted the help desk this week and they said they were aware and were working on it.  It's been frustrating as this just adds work...not sure what happened, everything worked fine before.

    Please create a Help Request for this since our Customer Success Team has identified the issue and will be able to assist with resolving it. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
