Issues with Couples client portals
AnsweredHi I'm having two issues crop up for my couples.
1) One client was saying they weren't able to make any changes to their individual demographics form (and they're part of a couple)
2) One client is saying there weren't able to sign their intake forms, and they're part of a couple as well.
Help!

I am having demographics form issues as well...the won't submit to system after the client fills it out. I contacted the help desk this week and they said they were aware and were working on it. It's been frustrating as this just adds work...not sure what happened, everything worked fine before.
