One of two Contacts is not listed when I accept an appointment
AnsweredI have a minor client in my portal and both parents are listed as contacts. In addition I can confirm that there are checkmarks for them to receive reminders, etc. There is an appt request for the 28th @ 6 and only the Mom comes up to receive the confirmation. I have several minors and normally both parents are listed and will receive an email when I accept or decline the appt. Please advise
