Hi there -

 

I am new to simple practice, and I am basically training myself, so I am coming up on a couple situations where I am receiving payments for DOS that are not showing up in the clients chart, or there are two DOS that are the same... How can I change the DOS and what do I do when an insurance pays for a DOS that is not listed. I am having the hardest time getting this accounting right for my client as there are many issues like this and I can't find the answer on how to fix it. Thank you in advance for your help!
