Client Credit was refunded, how do I delete from their account

    Hi Annie,

    If the payments were added via credit card through SimplePractice, the payments will need to be refunded in order to be removed from the clients balance. If you are not refunding these payments through SimplePractice, you can also add in a negative payment for the amount that you are trying to remove from the clients account.
