Client's co-pay

According to my client's insurance, her copay changed from $15.00 to $10.00 as of 1-21-22.

However, Simple Practice continues to show the copay for my client is $15.00 per session.  I am afraid that even though I go in and show she paid $10.00, will she get a bill for an additional $5.00 per session, which she does not owe?

I don't know how to permanently change my client's copay.

  Hi Helen,

  To change the clients copay, go to the client's Overview page > Edit > Billing and Insurance tab. Navigate to the Insurance Information section and update the copay field.
