Client credit showing when balance is due

Every time I have a client no show for a session, they are charged $100. The automatic payment for this service is $189. So, Simple Practice should show the client has an $89 balance. However, it always shows the client having strange amounts of credit, and it makes me unable to charge their card for future sessions bc it states they can pay with available credit. This is causing me to lose money in my practice and if not fixed quickly, I will be changing my membership to another service.
