Subscription changes and charges don't seem accurate

    I wrote the above question. Now that I changed back to the $69 plan, it says the plan will start Aug 2, but I don't have access to calendar sync.

    Hi Terri,

    Only the Plus Plan which is the $99/mo plan includes the calendar sync feature. If you would like this feature then you will need to upgrade to this plan. If you have upgraded and it is not appearing as an option in your account, I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can investigate this issue. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
