I'm setting up my availability to allow my clients to schedule sessions through their portal. I set up my availability and services offered at that time slot, but when I actually go to schedule a client, it auto-populates their fee as my full fee. I offer many of my clients a sliding scale rate and I have our agreed-upon fees saved in their Billing section under each of their files. It is not auto-populating their services and corresponding fee like it does when I enter the appointment manually. I can't find any resource on how to fix this.
