Availability with sliding scale fees

    Hi Casey,

    The sliding scale for SimplePractice works by assigning a specific rate to a client for a specific service code. You can do this by navigating to the client's Overview page and clicking Edit, then clicking the Billing and Services tab. From here, scroll down to the very bottom of the page to the Client Default Services section, and add the service codes with custom rates.

    Additionally, this is the same place you can designate a default service for a client upon scheduling them to your Calendar. For more information on this, feel free to review this Help Center guide: Setting a default service code and custom rate for a client.
