Does Simple Practice have PsychoSocial Assessment templates?

Hi,

I have the Starter plan. I would like to know if there is a template for a Psychosocial assessments that I can use for new clients? (Not a progress note). I see someone asked a question about this 3 years ago but the instructions and response in that question don't work for me so I wondered if it is outdated.

  Hi Farah,

  Assessments are included on the Essential and Plus plans at no additional cost. This feature is not available on the Starter plan.
