Email Already in Use

    Hi there,

    In order to set this up correctly, you will need to leave the minor client's email blank and add the parent as a contact for the client where you will enter their email address. Once this is set up, you can then send documents to the parents contact profile. If you need anymore assistance with this I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success team can help. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
