How do I set up a super bill for my cash paying clients to reflect the cash rate?

    It's not entirely clear what you are asking. Are you saying you have some clients who always pay cash? Or are you saying that you might have a client who sometimes pays you with cash, in which case you'd give a discount, and other times that client pays with a credit card?

    If a client always pays cash, when in the client's main page select "Edit" at the top of the page, and then go to the "Billing & Insurance" tab. Scroll all the way to the bottom. Under "Client Default Services" you can set up default service codes, and then set billing rates that will apply only for that client.

    If a client sometimes pays in cash, but not always, click "Billing" on the client's main page. For the individual session, you can change the fee that you charged, depending on whether they paid in cash or otherwise.
