Successfully billing Medicare

Dear community,

I hope to find assistance to get my claims paid by Medicare. I recently opted out of Medicare due to treating poorly providers and difficulty getting paid. My SP enrollment to bill electronically never went through. My paper claims have also been denied several times. Any help would be appreciated.
