Can minor clients see billing information?

Hello!

 

Can minor clients see their billing information? Or are their parent/guardians the only ones with access to their billing information (i.e. insurance, balances, invoices, etc.)?

  Hi Rachel,

  If the parent/contact of the client is the one who is assigned as responsible for billing, then they are the only one who can access billing information in their Client Portal. The minor client's Client Portal will not include any of their billing information.
