Wrong amount (less than regularly billed amount) was accidentally charged
AnsweredHi there- I have different rates for different clients, depending on their financial situation. Recently, because I forgot to type in the correct amount for a specific client, a few clients were undercharged through autopay. Is there a way to correct that between this session and next? In other words, is there a way to bill for $20, say, rather than tacking it on to the next session fee? Hope this makes sense and thanks in advance!
